How much are your cookies?

DO YOU CATER?

At this time, we don't. All orders must be picked up at the Beaverlodge Farmer's Market as per our Food Permit.

How do I order cookies?

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, I require a 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking. This deposit needs to be paid within 72 hours or the date is back up for grabs.

I don't know my theme yet, can I still order cookies?

Yes!!! In this case, I only require a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold your date. This $20 will go towards your deposit/total once a theme and quote is given.

How long do I have to pay for my order?

All orders will either pay the $20 date reservation fee or the 50% deposit once a quote/invoice is sent. These "holds/deposits" must be paid for within 72 hours or the date can go back up for grabs.

All orders can be paid for prior to pickup or at time of pickup.

What do you accept for payment?

If paying in advance, I accept e-transfers (must be sent with 8 hours to clear). Cash or credit is accepted on site.

I need to cancel my order, how does that work?

Life happens, I get it. Shoot me a message. Any orders cancelled with 30 days notice will receive a full refund

What if I need to cancel with less then 30 days?

I will gladly refund you the deposit paid, minus the $20 non-refundable deposit. If I can fill your date with another order, I will refund the full deposit. If I have already started your order, no refunds will be made.

All pre-order (Holiday) items must be paid for when ordering, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

Do you accept returns?

No. Due to the nature of my items no refunds will be given. If you are not happy with your order, please message me so I can make sure you are happy.

Yes, I require a 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking. This deposit needs to be paid within 72 hours or the date is back up for grabs. Remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event date.

I don't know my theme yet, can I still order cookies?

Yes!!! In this case, I reach out to you and confirm 3-6 weeks in advance. As long as you know your theme a month before the event, I just need the rest of the order form filled out.

Remaining 50% must be paid 2 weeks before event date.

What if I need to cancel with less then 30 days?

Unfortunately your deposit will not be refunded, but will be issued as a credit to a future order. Due to the circumstances that I might have turned away potential orders due to reserving your date for you.

Do you accept returns?

No. Due to the nature of my items no refunds will be given. If you are not happy with your order, please message me so I can make sure you are happy.

Do you ship?

At this time, no. My food permit is for pickup only. You can pickup at my home or I do meet-ups in Grande Prairie for holiday orders.

Do you deliver?

At this time, no. My food permit is for pickup only. All pickups must take place at the Beaverlodge Farmer's Market.

What about food allergies?

At this time, I cannot guarantee there will not be traces of food allergens. My business uses my home kitchen where many food allergens are stored and used. I keep a clean and sanitized area when working on cookies, but trace allergens are possible.

Can I freeze your cookies?

Yes! My cookies freeze really well. I recommend placing the cookies in a sturdy box(to reduce the risk of being squished/damaged). Do not open the clear packaging, simple place the cookies inside. When you need your cookies, take the box out the night before for the cookies to thaw. Do not open the box or packaging until the cookies have come to room temperature. Overnight is best but 6 hours is usually enough time for them to thaw.

What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is the opportunity to order cookies in advance for a popular holiday or season. It gives you the advantage of reserving cookies without having to wait in line at a market. You are also able to customize some designs with names. These items have a set pickup window on specific dates and locations. You can find these at the Shop Cookies page.

What is a POP-UP or Flash Sale?

A Pop-Up is a Mini Market-Style Event located at my home or other approved business. I will have a small handful of seasonal cookies available for shopping in person.
A Flash Sale is similar to a Pop-Up but cookies can be purchased online, through social media sales, or in person at a POP-UP or Market. Is it usually cookies that are perfect for last minute treats!
